No, there aren't particular stamps that are available only from one state . . . the differences would be in the postmarks the envelopes are mailed from and would also depend on which stamp a person chooses to use. (I don't know how many options there are for postage stamps elsewhere, but if you...

It depends on what you want them for. I own several of the Civil War and Western figures . . . I like them, but mainly because of price difference vs. metal. But as with any plastic figures, the detailing isn't quite as nice as on metal, and the bent/warped weaponry on many can be annoying.

If you want, you could even expand it to different STATES here in the United States. (We've got 50 of them.) :)
