Im working on my 2nd K&C dio. It is a remote airstrip with a BF109 with a wall around it with Jerry cans, and supplies and a power cart. Also have a Kubelwagen 82. First figure ordered last night is Galland crew chief on the wing...

Ive never posted in K&C before this post, since I am mostly a WB collector but I have started collecting a few K&C WWll. I started reading some post and always enjoyed everything "Rob" posted..He caught my eye as being all around good egg....I will conti. too look for his post.....

I collect mostly WB ACW. I have ventured into a few K & C WWll figures for purpose of a few dios. That has lead me to look at figures from TG, and Figarti, Conte, CS, First Legion, tanks from Forces of Valor. Ive know K & C are a big larger then Britains but I am not sure how TG, Figarti and...

Nice thread, I have jumped into collecting a few WWll figures, from Britains and K&C. Was not planning on mixing them though....They do look good the way they are set up......I wanted to ask about the lookout on the tank. Is that a seperate figure or did it come with the tank??? Thanks.

Yes I agree they are the best plastic I have found. Wish there were more to be had...Nice work you have done I do not think I at that level...I'm still trying to figure out the face colors......Next photo will show the basic face colors....

First let me apologize for the poor quailty of photos..These are Conte 54 mm plastic ACW figures with two light coats of Gesso. I am using photobucket hope it works and the size is acceptable....If not I expect my good friend Britfarmer will help me with any problem....

I wanted to mentioned that a sable brush 3/0 size is what I been using with most success. Also learned to "unload" the brush after picking up the paint. I touch a piece of paper or paper towel to unload the brush. Also another note I read somewhere in a painting forum that mixing distilled...

Actually we don't need to all paint ACW figures. Select your subject and choose your fav paint. We can share our results by posting photos.. I will kick it off within one week. We have the kids from England here right now so my work bench is tied up.. I am going to start off using Gesso...
