That's what I originally thought as well, but the figure on the white horse looks to have a full beard. From what I've seen Buford only had a mustache. However, his uniform looks very similar to his monument on McPherson's Ridge in Gettysburg. So... :unsure:

Wow! I'm continuously blown away by John's releases with the ACW range! I was hoping for some very cool personalities, especially Buford and now we have it. I assume that's Pleasonton on the ground looking at the map and maybe that's Buford beside him with the binoculars? I wonder who the other...

Nice to see these finally coming true as I love John's WWII figures! I own a few of the Bunker Hill pilots and they are great little figures.

I don't own any of the new WB Sherman tanks, but over the years of collecting WB off and own I will say their figures are very inconsistent when it comes to painting and whatnot. Sorry your tanks seem to have some issues.

I think I'll wait a bit and see how the rest of the releases play out before I make a final decision on the colors and go through with purchasing any figures.

One can assume that two versions will be offered for each figure, but what about the guidon? Would it be unit specific?
