Success - cut hands at steering wheel and then I pried up - the whole seat came out ( which is fine ) then pried the figure from seat - there is a large pin on seat - I will grind that down and the hands on wheel - I do not know if this helped - - about 3 days ago - I pour fingernail polish on...
