Just got some long awaited Warrior Caste Varangian Guard very nice. Got Breeds Hill diorama for JJD redoubt, huge dry grass mat for full earthworks Zulu War square and around 40+ figures from complete JJD August releases. Next up some Britains new arrivals and more French revolutionary War...

Beautiful figures that I will need to aquire.

Gone for double extension set as we have two limber teams released and assume I can use one extension set for each. Other two very colorful figures ordered. I do have a fair few Louisiana Tigers from WB, Frontline and Collectors Showcase but John's will no doubt be better.

I have got in early on the cannon and crew as I am sure this will prove to be popular.

Another great Anglo/Zulu War release for September. Having already got 4 wagons from the first two releases I have restricted myself to one wagon this month. 2 Highlanders, 1 mounted infantry and 4 Zulu's on order.

Drummer and 2 figure sets ordered for Brits 7th regiment and rangers. I have not gone overboard with the RR's as I have a fair few already from John and other manufactures. The long retired Whale Boat is one of my favorite JJD pieces.

Another great figure to add to the siege of Malta.

Ordered this guy - should evolve and a very attractive mini series.

12 silver shields added to my order for September. If I had the funds I would get another Macedonian Phalanx, but alas I don't. Shame no Kadesh release this month, but can't be too greedy with all the other great releases. Gary

Great releases for September. 4 Samnites, and 3 cavalry figures ordered (didn't go for the green shield auxiliary figure).

Just to say yesterday evening I received a parcel from Julie containing the last mounted Templar Knight I was missing and 5 of the Ottoman heavy cavalry figures. Just had the pleasure of a Saturday morning coffee and opening the parcel and another from K&C (getting 2 in one day is a real bonus)...

I got 12 Roman archers, 4 FFL, mobile artillery piece and 2 crew for the up and coming artillery gun. All delivered safe and sound yesterday. One of the few advantages of living in the UK. Fast delivery of TG stuff.

Egyptian chariot for me Siege ladders are also very tempting. Took advantage of the summer sale to catch up on the Streets of Rome series.

I might be tempted but with a fair amount of K&C, Collectors Showcase and War Park I am well blessed with AK amour. But John does do these things very well. Agree War Park tank crew would be useful and John does not do figures to go with the vehicles.

Just getting the July releases shipped to me in Devon this week. Clive has also been really helpful getting older sets and plugging gaps in my JJD collection. Gary
