I also have a hard time picking just one--even in my comparatively small Imperial collection.
The 1815 1st Foot Guards Colour Party is pretty wonderful, and one of the first Imperials I ever owned--the Earl of Uxbridge--is pretty close to the top of the heap...

That is really first rate news. Mr. Cowe is the sort of craftsman most people only read about many, many decades later when the master's work has put on a respectable patina of antiquity. It's a privilege to be watching his output in real time.
