You all are very welcome. I am glad to be able to do it for the collectors here and also on the JJD Collectors FB group. May you each have a wonderful and Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Well this ends this year's JJD Advent Calendar. I hope everyone saw something that they can look forward to. As for me, I'm more than happy because three new ACW regiments for the Battle of First Bull Run/Manassas have been introduced: Wheat's Louisiana Tigers, 1st Rhode Island Infantry...
Outstanding and Huzzah! I've been asking John ever since he started the Bull Run/Manassas series for the "Raggedy Ass" 2nd Wisconsin in their state militia grey uniforms. This made my day.

The first of our holiday guests arrive this evening. My wife and I will be very busy tomorrow entertaining and preparing our family Christmas Eve party. So I am posting this sketch a little early while I have a moment.

That's a mystery to me. As much as I know from my experience JG Miniatures did not offer/produce figures. Hopefully another Forum member can shed light on this for you.
JG Miniatures/Sheffield Miniatures does not make figures, only scenic pieces. The tents (also by JGM) are Medieval not ancient Roman. JGM (now Sheffield Miniatures) made/makes Roman barracks for inside the walls of the fortress.
