I'm in the same boat, ordered the French line Lancers + Belgic British
Placed the order on the 10/12 {may have left it to late}but still hope to get them before Xmas...I like the free shipping.
I have the French myself, they are bigger then Airfix.......I would still use them on the same table, but not side by side.
Go well with Hat, I would not call them 60mm...just the bigger end of the 54mm scale!
They have both sets fusiliers and Grenadiers, its been a long wait for someone to make these!
I might buy 4 boxes of fusiliers and 1 box of grenadiers.
Agree, WW1 Germans landing on the Amazonian beach was rather fun!
Also Diana storming across No Man's Land...I seriously have to se that scene again....very well filmed!
I was looking at the cavalry the other day, could not work out what regiment they are?
I have not seen Dragoons with Epaulette's on both shoulders like that before...there's something about the Uniform that does not look right as Dragoons.
Head gear is right though!
have a good basic knowledge...
Sad indeed, I grew up with his bond films so some of them are my favourite!
"The Spy Who loved Me" would be in the top 3 for me right behind Connery's Goldfinger!
These do look great plus there other sets from what I have scene.
The detail is really carved/etched in!....maybe even too much detail?
A real challenge to paint that's for sure.
I noticed that X-force have French line Fusiliers on there site very impressive....Never been done this good before!
ACTA did a set but tiny......but these guys will fill a big void I think.
CROM...I never prayed to you before.. but grant me one request grant me revenge!......And if you do not listen..."Then to hell with you"
Conan the Barbarian.
I don't think we get season 4 part B until January Grrrrr!
Looking forward to it though......Ivar the Boneless should be a interesting character!
not much of a fan of Bjorn he tries hard, but just does not have the same charisma as his father.
Stumbled across these brand new sets in 1/32 Sharpe's Rifles and French General staff.
just about as good as it gets on the sculpting from what I can see!....Have not picked up any 1/32 figures in a very long time...but will get these two sets...
Thanks Warrior did not know about the Hovels size...but that would work for me!.....Still like to get one myself one day!
On another note keep your eye out for the Italian maker "Waterloo 1815" as they have some 1/72 metal sets coming out, Ney's charge
and a bunch of Scots Greys charging and...
George..thats about as good as it gets for a Hougoumont Diorama, complete with the gardens and woods WOW!
The Hougoumont model Hovals?....or another make?..........Anyway it was a real treat viewing these pics.
I salute you :salute::
