Hello Andy...Hello KC
Great prototype and an excellent idea which i sincerely hope gets beyond the proto stage...!!. I would certainly consider adding one to my collection>>BUT..!!. ...Now please don"t consider me as a rivet counter as i have many KC items that are strictly said "not quite historically accurate"
i will not be drawn into a yes-no discussion here, I love my KC and want it to be as near as true to life but i am also now and then prepared to make
small concessions because after all at the end of the day we are talking TOY SOLDIERS!!!!!.
What spoils this prototype?????? well not too much at all really, but to me it really screams...OUCH!! The canvas support hoops... Andy please-please change them, they are far too heavy/thick and there should be 3 of them, plus as someone has also mentioned the correct medical decals and maybe
for air recognition there also should be a Red Croos emblem on the engine cover. Nothing too difficult to remedy, and it would make a really nice model into a WOW!!!...I gotta have it model!! which would deffinately deserve a place alongside the Opel Blitz Ambulance...(mine"s on order!!!).

QUOTE=King & Country;628982]Hi Guys,
Thanks Sammy for your kind comments, much appreciated. Thanks also Subs for the great deal on the grey paint and throwing in the pots of red and white…very useful!
The above vehicle is just a prototype conversion that we hope to display with the German Field Hospital dio at the upcoming West Coaster in March.
Thanks once more to all who responded and adios for now!
