Hi Guys,

Greetings from a bright, sunny and...very hot Hong Kong. Gordon and yours truly just flew back from Melbourne this morning and what a contrast!

Down under the winter weather really kicked in with a cold blast that really hit “G” and me in both Adelaide and Melbourne. The warm Aussie welcome for both of us however more than made up for it...Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne collectors plus a few “strays” from other states really gave us a fantastic time and a wealth of great suggestions, ideas and feedback.

Through the evening dinners in all four cities plus the daytime events we spent a lot of valuable time sharing our collective enjoyment of the hobby and K&C...There was also plenty of time to talk one-on-one with many of our collectors as well as the Aussie dealers...And here I should and must say a special thankyou to Brett in Brisbane (and Gerelou of course)...Peter & Sven in Sydney...and last, but not least, Howard, Jen and Robin in Adelaide and Melbourne.

I cannot thankyou enough...Our Annual “OzFest” is one of the top highlights of my toy soldier year. Long may they continue!

Here’s to this year...and now for 2016.

All the best guys...great sales...great buys...and very happy collecting!

Great news that you and Gordon have arrived back from your journey to The Colonies 'Down Under :)

It was great to meet up with you again and share comments on our mutual hobby.

Thanks for passing on news of future additions to the Napoleonic range, and for confirming my observations about the new 7th Hussars which are now on top of my wish list.

For me, and most collectors, being able to ask you direct about aspects of the hobby, your company and getting a answer makes us feel involved and somewhat empowered when in the future those comments are brought on to the market.

Looking for to the next visit, wherever and whenever that will be,

kind regards,

John

Photos of the visit will be post when I get home ( and warm)
