Just bought my ticket and there was a line out the door. Mostly day workers/construction/landscaping all hoping for a miracle.
Better chance of getting hit by lightning! I buy them only to fantasize for a few hours how I would spend or give away the money.
I hope the winner gives most of it away to reputable charities and needy friends and relatives. Of course the winner is going to have
a lot of new friends and relatives!

I rarely buy lotto, scratch tickets as I hate to lose hard earned money but every now and then you got to take a chance, can't win if I don't play, it's fun to fantasize for a few hours what I'd buy, anyway good luck to all, somebody has to win might as well be one of the forum mates!!

With that type of money you could whistle goodbye to everything about your current life, I mean everything including friends and family. There is a tipping point of a win making life easier all round perhaps a few million, but this much has the capacity to ruin one’s life. As you say, if you are not in it, you cannot win. Fun to dream. Robin.

I would rather see 1200 people get a million each, which would be far better for the community than one person buying a island for themselves. Just me though, sure most would want the lot. Robin.
