This is like the JFK assassination conspiracy theory premised on the fact that several people - including some only on the margins of the event - allegedly died under "mysterious" circumstances. Closer examination reveals no statistical outlier about it that lends itself to a conspiracy. People from all walks of life go missing never to be accounted for. That is strange but no proof of some nefarious conspiracy. Some are no doubt suicides and people who just decide to go. I doubt many are abducted by someone. It's odd that there are so many people who do go missing, but I don't buy that some foreign actor or aliens are abducting these people. Think about all that would entail.

Agree with you, it is like the curse of Tutankhamun Tomb, and many many other conspiracy theories, i find it also happens when famous people pass away in an addicent and/or mysterious circumstances.
