Very nice.

Those Russian Hussars are really tempting me to venture outside the Brits & French... :( If they break into a charge, I will be in serious financial straits

These photos are simply beautiful montages.:eek:
You're an artist "director - photographer"
The figures allow FL with their beauty these shooting close.
These pictures are modified and assembled with a software???? (Photoshop?).
I think Matt has found his collaborator for website production category Gallery!!
I still have much work to do as well with my dioramas .......:(
Thank you for sharing.:)

I love this latest set the most yet.:D Your arrangements and photography remain most impressive and the drama and action is a treat. Thank you again for sharing your excellent use of these beautiful figures.

These are magnificent photos, and you do First Legion great service. I wish I could afford to add Napoleonic figures to my collection. The horse jumping over the cannon is particularly nice.

WOW  Just Fantastic,,,, I love the use of La Moskowa by Mark Churms just Brilliant :) The combination of First Legions products and your skills are just amazing .. There really is nothing even close . Thanks for sharing your passion with us my friend :) All the best Gebhard

I agree my friend ;) The Russian Soumsky Hussar Officer figure is just beautiful :) Gebhard

I have a LONG wish list for Matt but I would like to see some Hussars and Dragoons in action poses sometime down the road.

I also really like the action poses , But I'm not Matt . I'm not privy to his vision for each Battle they are doing . As you know during the course of a Battle during any moment thousands were moving into position or standing waiting to be engaged . It's quite possible that he has a certain vision or a snap shot if you will of a specific moment in the battles being covered . That would explain why some releases are marching while others are firing , charging ect.. I guess we will just have to wait till all the combatants are covered to see ;) I know First Legion just isn't releasing the same old poses you know . Loading , Firing , Standing , marching ect .. there seems to be a purpose .. I just hope for Matts sake when they do the rifles they are not standing or marching or Bill may just choke em to death LOL :D:D All the best Gebhard

I can't imagine the Rifles just standing anywhere! Seriously, I can't see any poses for the Rifles except for skirmishing. But since this thread is started by sotnik for his most awesome diorama, how about some Russian Jaegers to do battle with the French?

It's action...action...action for me :D

FL can do a full range of poses for their releases - both active and passive. And I believe they have listened to collectors' feedback to do the standing/kneeling firing poses for the British Guards.

I wonder if they might just add some action poses for the Brit Light Dragoons and Russian Hussars? My piggy banks would not have been spared if those horsemen had been in more action-oriented poses

Horrors, no!

The 95th most definitely cannot be standing, marching and saluting!

Those Bakers are meant to be fired!

Bill will hit the roof... he needs these sharpshooters to be behind those rocks, picking out the Cuiraissers harassing that weak Britsh square of his...

Not to worry I am sure mates:eek:; I have no doubt we will see the Rifles doing what they were meant to do.:D I also think we will see action figures for all the major units or at least unit types eventually. As Geb notes, battles have many phases and it seems like FL wants to make sure to cover them all. There is also no doubt that there are many standing, marching and saluting collectors to counterbalance we action oriented types so some variation is to be expected.
