Whilst at the London Toy Soldier yesterday ( 7th June) I picked up my 18th Century House that David has made for me.

It's for my still ( yawn........) on going Battle of Leuthen Diorama. I gave David a spec and he has done an incredible job for me - it's just as I saw it in my minds eye!

The roof is removable to enable me to position troops inside. ( He even made platforms to stand them on for the upstairs windows - I hadn't even thought of that.

A wonderful, wonderful job. Over the moon with it!

Here's a few pics taken at the Show and at home (to follow ) in the "Man Cave"...........

You need a whole village now Roy!!!
Exceptional job from David methinks!

I really enjoyed making this building as I dont think I have ever built anything with so much roof in relation to the walls.
It is great to see it with figures. I expect to see photos of the whole finished diorama shortly:)

David

Great looking building and yeah look forward to the dio as well.

David,

I was wondering how much something like that costs. Thanks.

Brad

Very pretty! I would prefer thatch or tiles for the roof, though.

Prost!

Blimey - I'm not exactly as prolific as yourself David! I'm afraid it will be some time before it's actually finished..................... ( just call me Slowhand )

But I will certainly post when it is! I must thank you once again for your exceptional modelling skills ( and indeed your mind reading gifts! )

Cheers,

Roy
