If anyone is still looking for a copy of the Wheeler book, go to Amazon.com and you will find 2 new copies of the 1991 edition available for about $28.50 plus $4 shipping. I ordered a copy on 6/14 and got it today so they ship really quick. Best regards.

Hi Sirsydney and Dave,

Now there is only one new copy left at Amazon.com. I just purchased one of the new ones. There is still one new copy and two used copies available. If anyone is interested in this book, you might want to act quickly.

Thanks for the information and the recommendation. I shall look forward to reading the book!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Dave,

Does the book include the military list of the regiments, units both British and Indian Army, that took part in the march past/review?

Geoff

Hi Geoff,

The simple answer to the question is yes. There is an entire chapter dedicated to this parade. The list is long. There are also complete lists of names of commanders and the Mutiny veterns. It will take me a while to transcribe the list. Give me a few days to deal with it.

All the best

Dave
