1970's Timpo Toy Soldiers (1 Viewer)

I have a set of six Timpo Aussie Swappet figures but I couldn't see any pics of them on that website.

Nice site, unless I missed them they left off all World War II items.

My two favorite sets are:

1. The Beach Head Invasion Set (The tanks are great)
2. The Modern Army Train Set (World War Two Train)

Hopefully, the site will add these as well as all of the other Train sets and wagons.

I collected Timpo before I started collecting metal soldiers.

They were great... I had some 7th Cav and a few Mexicans wish i still had them :(

Here are a few of my Timpo WWII sets.
The World War II Train Set and Beachhead Invasion set.

Beautiful, they look like you just brought them home from Sears

I started to collect Timpo about 10 years ago and that all I collected, until I discovered metal soldiers.

Here are a few of my Romans and some more WWII figures.

Those sets are amazing!

Thanks General,

For about the first 5 years that I was collecting I only was buying Timpo, the last wagon that I need is the Ambulance set.

I will try to post some of my other sets.

Cheers Deitz (Brian). :) I'm 43 and grew up on Timpo. I look forward to more pics. ;)

A little off date here, but I still have many of my 1960's era ACW figures, both Union and Confederate. I have both infantry and cavalry (the horses are similar to the 70's version). All are in very well played with condition.:D They have become somewhat brittle but still have some flexibility. The cavalry are done in 2 basic poses and the infantry in 4 poses. They were my favorite figures. -- lancer
