From Shannon Reuss in the Treefrog Rivet:

The response of Hawker Hurricane Mk.I is incredible and 400 sets were sold out within 24 hours.

To satisfy the strong demand of the collectors, we will re-stock this model but with a different marking "SD N"
200 sets of new marking Hurricane will be available for this Dec.
Treefrog will not know until next week how many of the SD N Hawker Hurricanes we will be allocated so we are not putting this on the website until we know. In the meantime if you would like to reserve one please send your request to Mandi at mandi@treefrogtreasures.com. We will fill the orders in the order in which they were received. Our shipment of the first Hurricanes came in this week and have shipped to collectors and are sold out.

Excellent news,I'm going to want another of these.

The original marketing for this Hurricane was worded as if there were more to follow, I just didn't think it would be this fast. I also didn't think it would just be a rebadged version of the same model, I was expecting a Hurricane with a totally different colour scheme from a different theatre of operation.
Lately with the renumbering on the LCA's and now Hurricane's its just another example of how TREEFROGGERS have the ear of manufacturer's on this forum. Many of you wanted the same model but with different badging/numbering if possible and here you have it. Way to go K&C. Keep up the good work and keep listening to this great group of collectors we have here on this forum to continually innovate and improve your product line.

Cheers
CFM :)

And with the amount of figures released in this range, two Hurricanes will look so good in a dio scene.K&C are now going the extra mile to give us real depth to our scenes, something I appreciate a lot.

Me too,I want to go down to Kenley Airfield which has I understand the most remaining Battle of Britain fighter pens in the country, and take some pics. Can you imagine how cool two of the Hurricanes will look side by side in a Fighter pen dio.Its great that K&C have recognised the Hurricane as probably the true winner of the Battle of Britain, not as glamorous as the Spitfire for sure, but what an aircraft. Can't wait for version no2!:)
