With just 2 months to go, I would assume anyone who is planning on going is set.
How about responding if you are going and where you are staying and what date you will be arriving.
I will be there Thursday afternoon and staying at the Drury Inn.
Gary

I still have to get my plane tickets but I'll be arriving Friday morning and staying at the Hyatt, where it's being held.

I'm arriving Friday morning and staying at the Hyatt, as is Hans Hedrich (Brad was kind enough to help arrange the reservations for us).

I am arriving Friday morning and staying at hotel till Sunday. John

Thursday Afternoon, staying at the Hyatt.
Look for { or look out for}the semi tall hairy guy in a black slouch hat.
FUBAR :p

I live 10 min. from the hotel. :D I have garage space to rent if any of you get toooo crazy with your spending!

Rent? What are Treefrog buddies for?

How's that diorama comin'?

My intent is to check in thursday morning. I live fairly close to the hotel, and i`m contemplating offering a schuttle service from the hotel to my house for any interested parties, one Saturday morning ,and one in the afternoon, all subject to space availability.I have a Van now assuming i`m able to continue making payments? Lucky i`m a dealer..

I'm planning on being there sometime Wed evening and will stay thru the show Sun. I'll be at the Hyatt. Can't wait!!! Gary and I start counting down the days til the next show right after the current one ends.

If you've never done this show and would like to attend a toy soldier show, this is the one to go to. Toy soldier bliss for 3-4 days. Lots of crazie beasties just like yourselves who actually UNDERSTAND your passion.

Dick

I'll be there Friday but have not made reservations yet. I am looking forward to this years show since I missed last years.

Bill

Bill I'll reserve the other half of the dumpster for you if you want.Hurry though time is of the essence.Seriously though if you have not made reservations yet and the Hyatt is full I would recommend the place where Gary is staying or the LeQuinta Inn beside it.Triple A discount and if you have to walk it its not that far. Also Post Office is close for shipping home.Winky nice to hear your voice on the board.I met you last year with Gary.Is the bridge finished???

Yo, fully automatic, nice to see you're on this board! And yes, I've finished the bridge - all nearly 16 feet of it. One of Andy's old diorama pieces provided major inspiration for the stone railings and posts on the bridge walkway. Pictures of the bridge are on the Marx group board under my name on site one and are listed as well on the Classic Toy Soldier site towards the end of a series of pages in their diorama section. Don't know how to post pics yet to this site. When I figure it out (being technologically challenged), I'll get them up here.

What do people think of the idea of setting up a meeting time and place for board members attending OTSN? I've done this in years past with other toy soldier boards and it's been a blast.

Dick

I'll post them for you. This bridge is awesome!

Friday Afternoon, staying at the Hyatt. Departing Monday AM
This will be my first show and I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

Thanks for the help with the pics, Alexdakar. How did you do that?!!?? Amazing. I didn't know you could download and transfer pics from one site to another. As I say, I'm tecnologically challenged. Thanks for the interest in the bridge. Took close to two years to get that baby done. Drove my wife a little nuts, but I have to say she was very patient with the time I spent on it.

I'd love to meet some of you guys at OTSN. Anybody have any ideas how we might arrange a get together?

Dick

Really enjoyed looking at pics of the bridge you made- excellent. I know Marx people through the years and do they have a forum or chat board site? Thanks John
