This weekend is the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) annual convention and fly in at Oshkosh, WI. Many vintage aircraft fly from Oshkosh to the Madison, Wisconsin airport during this time. My house is directly underneath the approach path that the Oshkosh aircraft use when landing at Madison. So far this morning a B-17 Bomber flew in over my yard as well as a flight of 9 (4-4-1 formation) unidentified WWII fighters, and a Ford tri-motor. Always an enjoyable time sitting on the patio with my binoculars watching the vintage planes arriving in Madison. Sometimes they are so low I don't even need the binoculars.

They gave flying here for the past two days too! Great to see formations of vintage aircraft.

Mike, what a great experience, every memorial day out here in Livermore we see some P51 Mustangs and a B17. Always great to see them still flying. Chris
