21st century Long Tom (1 Viewer)

Cool so I go ahead and put the skid plates underneath and that should raise the wheels slightly off the ground. I will try that out. I never was real historically accurate with my soldiers as they are just that toy soldiers. If I researched everything before I did it I would never have time to play with them. But the wheels being attached is a great bit of news to me and I thank you all. From now on before I post a picture I will try to be more carefull with the accuracy.
Get them in the dirt and Have Fun Guys.

Immagination is what toy soldiers bring out in children . Guess I must be a 56 year old child at heart.
I love this stuff.

Just read on another board that 21st Century also has a camoflauged version of the cannons. Binder I guess that would be accurate? Gary

I can't think of a reason why not. Many US WW2 patterns were subltle such as black or brown over OD, but in later years (post 1975) may cannons and howitzers got camo paint.
