I have a small quandary. While browsing a Civil War-themed antique shop yesterday, I saw a beautifully-made diorama depicting a trench assault during the Siege of Petersburg. When asking the proprietor where I could obtain the figurines, he just opened a large plastic case filled with them (IE, not packaged and without brand-names, etc.)
They are approximately 2cm and metal, and done in great detail in a massive variety of poses and actions. Research on the internet for the same type or figurine has led me to nothing, and browsing diorama sites leads me to believe it isn't a common scale.
Can anyone tell me what manufacturer these may be? Or where I can obtain more? He sold them at $1 per figure; I'd love to compare prices before I go back.
Thank you!
