As Neil says it's a different Paul, your one being the designer where you can buy the files to download to print off your own piece, though of course you need a 3D printer. The other Paul, Paul Bell is someone you can buy the printed building etc from and choose whether you want it painted or not.
I've just asked him to do the Mortar Pit for me, but this time I'll be painting it myself

The guy I have bought from though says that while the WoW buildings are fine, stuff like the crashed Huey which I was also interested in, also the other Huey, doesn't really scale up well since these 3D prints were meant for smaller scale wargames. But he did find some other files for a Huey and CH34 SeaHorse that he thought would print off fine.

Translation is coming up for Choi Duc Oi as Oh my God !
Certainly gives a few possiblities not otherwise available from our favourite makers, for Far East displays.
Though TG will be releasing their jungle hut again sometime.
I think K&C are thinking of releasing a FSB eventually as well.
