It was at a show a couple years ago (I believe the West Coaster). From my eye, it appears to be a custom modification/repaint to a Figarti Panzer IV (the Ausf J model of Panzer Lehr). The schurzen look a little small, so my guess is they might have been borrowed from a Forces of Valor vehicle, but just a guess.

I bought it at the Texas Toy Soldiers Show 2022. Yes, it was a customized Figarti Tank. It was a great job well done.
