Something a little different...

During a lull in the battle a German mechanic works on a stabilizer plate on an 88mm Flak Gun...

Cheers

That 88 is a fantastic piece only made better by your photography. Excellent scene!

EDIT: I don't own an 88 by K&C, but I do have a few others:

Classic Toy Soldiers (Marx Reissue) 1/32 scale

Ultimate Soldier 1/32 scale

Ultimate Soldier 1/18 scale

Got to love the 88. If K&C offers a DAK version in the future, it will be a "must-buy" for me!

I must confess the 88 is NOT a King & Country (the figures are). the 88 is a 1/32 Forces of Valour with some barneywomble wash and grime... It cost me $50 and really does look the part...

Another Very good example of using these type of figure sets to create a mixture of different scenes !

Awesome scene and clever use of the FOV 88mm gun Marc. The paint weathering you did on it works a treat and I never thought the gun would look so good scale wise with the K&C figures.

Nice pic's as well WO.

Can I ask Marc, where you obtained the painted 88mm shells from??

Hi Mate, the shells are from Verlinden and I painted them myself... cheap kit and you get heaps of shells, some with projectiles and some without.

cheers

Hi Tom, yeah I have the back and front wheel sets for it as well... It has HEAPS of detail and really does look the part even with aromour or being towed behind a 1/30 scale vehicle it still looks fine. It is 1/32 so there is not too much between them.

cheers
Marc
