I should add that MC stands for the artist, at Tradition/Stadden Studios, the larger figures 80-110mm were kits sculpted by AS Andrew Stadden, AC Alan Caton etc. MC is definitely another line but I think discontinued as I could not find on their site at all.

Thanks
Tom

Never seen that figure before but it’s very well done. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Thanks Dave, I also have another Scottish Highlander with Pike, same maker, same painter, I know they were done by Stadden, I just don't know the sculptor. Maybe Brad J. knows them. I should just email Andrew, he probably knows the figure!

Bump as i got an update from Andy Stadden. He said MC is definitely the sculptor's initials and he said they look like something from the Tradition Line but he didn't know the painter. Also indicated that these sculpts are no longer (if they were ever) sold by Tradition. They are of that era, but he couldn't place them. He did say the style was spot on Stadden studio of course and he even suggested that a russian painter may have done the work. They mystery continues but they are from that era at least of the 80-110mm metal "Stadden" style.

Anybody with any new info?
