Yes Brian, perhaps.
But replicas are rarely reliable sources.
For example, the markings on the photo are not accurate : 1ère SS panzer division Leibstandarte and 2ème panzer division on the same tank !.

I appreciate the info on the latest FL Panzer release, now I will wait and see how quickly it starts to sell out before I purchase it.

The Panzer III N was supposed to be produced with this mantle, but apparently it got lost in translation...Such is life. Not gonna change it now that's it's finished.

Glad some folks like the model, i personally am extremely pleased with how the M and N turned out.

And after many many years, we are now looking at transitioning to metal, linked, tracks. I think the Elephant and Ferdinand will be the last models we do with our current methods. Starting with our new Panther tanks, we're looking at doing individual metal track links. It's expensive, but we must evolve!

Good initiative from FL in regard of metal tracks.
This will undoubtedly be a very appreciable improvement compared to soft rubber tracks which are sometimes a little loose on the wheels of the tanks.

I recently received the new Panzer III Ausf. M model from First Legion and it is a gem! The model is a new tooling and there are few obvious errors that I can find. The paint work and weathering are exceptional and a step above the competition. I like the inclusion of the schurzen panels, though they have a rather tight fit, making them tricky to attach. While the market is definitely saturated with various 1/30 scale Panzer IIIs at the moment, the First Legion Panzer III Ausf. M was different enough to warrant the purchase and I’m very happy I got it.
