So I am a birthday boy today, overshadowed as our daughter is in labour over in the UK as we await the arrival of our first grandchild. Strange that it is highly likely to share my own birth date.

We relieved the tension with a brunch in the local town and pressie opening. No my gorgeous wife did not get me toy soldiers but I had an arrival I purchased myself left on the back veranda as we returned from mid-morning delights. A bit of JJD on your birthday is a real tonic.

Congratulations on your birthday Gary! But most of all, congratulations on becoming a grandfather! I hope that now you’ll have a heir to introduce into our hobby!:wink2:

Happy BIRTHDAY, Gary.
Quite a wide set of eras.

From ancient Rome to the Aztec's and then on to the American Revolution.

Love John Saratoga range and DAM sets … wonderful.

Congrats, young man!
