A Closer Look @ Market Garden and Bastogne (1 Viewer)

Thanks all for your kind comments about the new shelves.....some have asked for a closer look at the Market Garden and Bastogne Dio's.....so here you go. The Fall trees in Market Garden are from Hudson & Allen...picked up at OTSN 3 years ago. The buildings are from Hobby Bunker....also bought at OTSN. I was able to figure out some sound effects for the filming of Bastogne. Enjoy!

Thanks......the Bastogne Dio is packed to the gills.....not sure what I will do when more comes out. I dont think I could even place another tank, truck or arty piece on in even if i wanted.{sm4}

War is chaos and I love dio's with lots on, they work well as it depicts lots going on, after all war is never peaceful!!!

Thanks......the Bastogne Dio is packed to the gills.....not sure what I will do when more comes out. I dont think I could even place another tank, truck or arty piece on in even if i wanted.{sm4}

You have a problem there...I reckon there are a lot of collectors whom wish they had the same problem...cheers TomB

You are right I am not complaining at all....it’s a good problem to have. With the flood I finally threw out ALL of my K&C boxes......I was holding onto them due to the belief that they helped the resale value but I never sell anything so why hold onto them!?!? I filled a dumpster with all the boxes basically. Opened up a lot of storage space for me too which was wonderful. Plus I hate the single boxes......I would love it if they would go back to selling sets of 4. Heck I would really love it if we had the option to by ALL the new stuff, like the new Market Garden sets....in ONE box! I fully understand the reason and rationale behind the singles.....it’s just a preference on my part. If you saw the Market Garden Dio you will see I just unpacked all the little singles....what a pain. Plus I loved opening up a box of 4 and seeing them all in there lined up. $79 could get you a set of 4 figures when I started collecting…..now that would be about $316. Not complaining in the least I realize the world we live in today is so much different than 10 years ago.

The world has changed alright...but not for the better.....hope the flood's did not affect you too badly........Sets of four etc..would be brilliant.... but at today's price's it would no doubt add to the already high price.....nice thought though.....thanks for posting those great video's and diroramas........cheers TomB
