Are we talking about Ron as representative of Napoleon, in which case the disasters include everthing on your list pre-Crecy, or Ron as an American, in which case the disasters include 1st and 2nd Manassas, Fredricksburg, Custer's Last Stand, Pearl Harbor, the Kasserine Pass and the Huertgen Forest.

Thanks you Louis,i didn't want to name them and upset my American friends!:D

Rob

We wouldn't be upset. Just take a look at the disasters: we ended up winning every one of those conflicts. Apparently we Yanks are pretty resiliant (something we share in common with our British cousins).

Thats right of course.I really admire the way the American people recovered from the shock of Pearl Harbour to gather themselves and inflict defeat and revenge upon the Japenese.

Ditto my feelings about you Brits after Dunkirk and during the Blitz.

Your right again Louis.Whatever superficial differences our two countries may have there are some fundamental similarities of character that bind us.Long live the special relationship.

Very true, its a shame the Atlantic is so big. And another great thing about your country Louis, you make the worlds best CHEESECAKE!;) (I was in Florida two years ago and i ate so much i nearly had to fly home in the cargo hold!)

If you are on an "Atkins" style low carb diet, you can eat Cheesecake Factory's "Atkins Cheesecake" - only 6 grams of carb per slice, and you can have whipped cream (less than 1 gram of carb per serving). When I used to do Atkins, I used to order this cake from the "Cheesecake Factory" website, which would deliver it in a box packed with dry ice. It was actually almost as good as their real cheesecake (which is awesome!). If you decide to do Atkins google "The Cheesecake Factory" and you could eat a slice every day.

Um - Louis......

1st and 2nd Manassas and Fredricksburg wasnt a disaster for me....;)

Southern - remember.

Rob - Just joking.....Even our own Revolution - it took a long while before we got to YORKTOWN. And I really dont want to talk about the War of 1812

I did Atkins for about 10 years to maintain my weight. There are a ton of great options for this diet. There is a company called "Atkins Endulge" which makes sugar free low or no carb desserts and candy, including peanut butter cups, tofee bars, and the equivalent of a Snickers bar that is really good. Russel Stover also makes low and no carb candy. There are a lot of pretty painless ways to lose weight if you have the willpower to be strict on the diet (no crumpets at the Ritz!).

Its as you say all about will power. And its amazing how quickly you find your willpower when your doctor tells you your cholesterol is dangerously high!;)

What is this - Diet Support Group or King and Country Toy Soldiers - you two straighten up - you are commanding officers for goodness sakes.

Wasn't Napoleon a little on the plump side!:D
