I've just added two more shelves to the bookcase that holds my armoured divisions. So i now have tank parking space for an extra twelve vehicles, stand by the phone Tony!!!;)

I just bought some shelves from Ikea to add to my display space. I haven't found the time to put them together though. That's always the bit I hate.
I've moved my printer off my desk as well and put all my WSS range on there. It looks great but i'm not looking forward to dusting.

Yeah the dusting is a pain.I hoover them sometimes, its quicker!

Rob

Dusting, that is why I like my enclosed cabinets. The shelves are there for the trains but have lost ground and slowly the soldiers are taking over. Ikea has great inexpensive cabinets.I really do not even wish to consider dusting the dio:eek:

Thats a good point, how do you dust a dio?!.Ikea do have some good stuff for displaying purposes, its just the Ikea stores over here are manic at the weekends!.

Use a Photographers Puffer brush. Its a bladder with a soft stiple brush in an enclosed sheath. Cost a couple of quid.

You puff the dust off and then brush the rest away, you can then hoover the air around to collect the rest of the dust that may be flying around.

Another good tip is to put a wet bit of gauze over the nozzle of the hoover so you dont get the dust just bouncing around

I went to Ikea on Friday afternoon. It was a little trip out really. :)
The kids went in the excellent play area for a 45 minutes session then we went to the restaurant and the kids meals were only 20p each. I'm thinking of feeding them there everyday:D

Mind you the choice was only nuggets, pasta bolognese and swedish meatballs, they might get fed up after a bit.

After my wife, family, country, one of my biggest loves is Italian food!.Must be something to do with the fact my grandad was Italian.Just can't get enough of it.I have heard/read several times that Bolognese is a British invention, although its not authentic Italian its still nice;).Had a holiday on the Amalfi coast once and the pasta was sublime,i ate so much i had to fly home in the cargo hold!:D

oh you have italian blood, the restaurants in the world probably use the pasta produced in Italy, those that I said and that you know that the name of the plate does not exist but this does not want to say that it is not good food, here some real plates in italy:

tortellini in brodo
lasagne
tagliatelle al ragu
spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino
spaghetti al nero di seppia
tortelloni burro e salvia
bucatini all'amatriciana
spaghetti allo scoglio
cannelloni al forno
spaghetti al ragu
Garganelli alle verdure
Gnocchi alla romana
Orecchiette e Broccoli

just to say some of our speciality

Brad sorry today we talk about food:)
