It appears that a German SDK 222 reconnaissance vehicle and its support patrol are caught by surprise at this village's intersection. This lead element of a Panzer advance is surprised by the appearance of an American M5 Stuart tank and a British Sherman tank supported by Big Red One infantry and British Para support on their right, and by an advance party from the 101st Airborne crossing the road to their left. In addition, I added an 82nd Airborne advance base camp (already bunked behind the town church) with Pak howitzer and American Sherman Tank support.

The trees are a nice touch to breakup the terrain. This is a great set of buildings. Robin.
