Start with removing flash and part lines

If you don't prime this may be ok. Generally we do prime. I use a primer made for miniatures. The pigments are finer than general primers. They tend to obscure details.
That being said we start with lighter colors.

I like to seal the colors in gloss. this helps with the handling of figures. Once the lighter colors are applied we go to darker colors.

More and more colrs are added. then details.

More or less complete. Gloss coat applied over all. Then some more touch up.



The Sappuer on the right is Itallian. Why? Because I like the colors. To follow Itallian line Infantry

I wish there was some one around to take pictures then the series would not be mini.
