The account keyword is to help you remember your password in case you forget it. If your password was hot9dog your keyword could be mustard to remind you of the word hotdog. You make up your own keyword to remind you of your password.

Since strong passwords are a mix of upper and lower case letters and numbers and should not be of simple words, keywords really are not that useful.

A stong password could be AA9*frinG7. What keyword would help you remember that?
