This diorama utilized window shelf area (natural light) and extending over the top of adjustable metal shelf storage (used for TS forts storage, and Militaria). The total surface area was 26" x 8'. 1 Confederate Left.JPG2 River crossing.JPG3 Union encampment and artillery.JPG

Made some adjustment to the diorama. The Zouaves have taken a more prominent role, the Irish Brigade and some Confederates (those especially with warmer clothing) have been moved to the Fredericksburg diorama under construction. Awaiting some union troops in winter gear to arrive for me to paint, then I'll post new close-ups of both dioramas. Also waiting for some new Union artillery men (some wounded and dead) for me to construct and paint.
 
this looks great...I would love to see some close-ups of your more detailed work...
 
I also think it looks good but honestly it is hard to see much detail from this photo size. I encourage you to use photobucket or something similar so we can better appreciate your fine efforts.
