Along with the August WOR releases I received AER-01 - Wonderful figure :salute::

I had a very, very good look at the first painted four Celt foot figures at the June LTSS and in my opinion these are THE best figures John has so far produced.

Not my period yet again, but hey............. here we go again {eek3} and I have my shelf ready this time:)

A very nice looking figure indeed OB . . . . clear down to the rotting heads {eek3} . . . . Not my period either and will remain disciplined to that effect . . . . Looking forward to seeing your shelf display as you add to it . . . If it's as nice as your WoR displays this will surely be a stunner . . . .

Great looking figure.....Thanks for posting. I agree with you about the painting, could be some of the finest from JJD yet.

Amazing photographs of a great figure...the painting on his clothes is fantastic.

Thank you Old Bill.

Thank you Mike, that's very kind of you :salute:: (and congratulations on your recent, very stunning Inter-War Aviation acquisitons :)

I couldn't say it will be a stunner  but a little more ambitious than my usual shelf liner :)

Roy, its because of my acquisitions to John's IWA range that I have to stay disciplined for a time being and not get started on any new ranges to collect. Your figure is exceptionally painted and i am sure your shelf display will be very pleasing to the eye . . .

Many thanks Dragoon and Ivanhoe :salute::

Absolutely - the painting is top notch, don't know how they have done it.......? The sword scabbards are works of art on their own - and the bears head.......... well

The JJD Celts should work well with the excellent K&C 12 Barbarian figures released in 2006 to go with the K&C Romans. The best Barbarian figures made to date IMO and it will be great to have JJD Barbarians to expand the range of figures available. The K&C figures are long retired, but they still turn up on eBay.
