Great scene, I love that set. Made a diorama with it years ago and added some extra weathering on the gun
guy:)

Thanks Guy and nice photos of your set. I have the halftrack mover that goes with it as well and is a net set also.

Nice scenes, Duke and Guy.

I was so pleased after obtaining this set from the 2nd hand market several years ago. Definitely an iconic DAK piece and loved the fact that it came with 5 figures.

Nice scenes Rob. Agree about the 5 figures, makes for an instant diorama just like the AK Tiger I.

Very nice, haven’t seen this one for quite awhile. I have one in Grey. Robin.

Too bad,
Just checked and mine is grey but Frontline....
Otherwise would have posted....
Cheers

Oops Duke, its been awhile since I did anything with guns, so it seems i do not have this one. When replying originally these are the ones I was thinking of and they are not even Grey. My collection maybe getting on top of me.^&grin , Robin.

No worries Robin and nice photos anyway. I know you have a huge collection and might be hard to remember just what you actually have! My collection, although not as large as yours I'm sure, sometimes gets the best of me too if I don't keep up with everything.

Have you ever made the mistake of buying a set/figure only to realize that you already have it? I have. :smile2:

Cheers Duke. Yep have purchased duplicates by mistake, but my consoling answer is that my appreciation of the item has not waned and I still view it the same as previously, hence the oversight. I have headed off a few purchases at the last minute by checking every inch of my man cave and suddenly confirming as I thought that I did have it. For example I was going to buy a German figure that I thought I had originally missed, checked all my dioramas and not visible, but finally sighted him in a train cab guarding the driver. Always a relief when you have not wasted money, as there is still plenty of product to choose from out there, none of which is getting any cheaper. Robin.

My collection is modest by comparison, however over the past 15 years or so collecting 1/30ish scales, I have also purchased sets I already have {eek3}

And I can't help buying similar sets in slightly different 1/30 scales, for example the smaller TGM Nebelwerfer and larger Collectors Showcase version. Do I have a problem? {sm0}

Just found it in Grey, I thought I had it. Although in plain view on the shelf, in my defense it was camouflaged to some degree^&grin , Robin.

Robin,

That a very unusual conversion I see, but MOST effective in making a funeral carriage.

Not sure where the troops found a Napoleonic era Royal Artillery horse-drawn limber though ..... ???
Maybe somewhere south of east of Brussels near Waterloo, kept well hidden an barn for 130 years :) :)

Well done,
JOhn
