I know very little about Tigers but as an educator I know that 78% is generally a B!{sm4}

No wonder our education levels are decreasing. A change in generation and now the standards are less.

This is what I experienced

< 69 = D
70 - 73 = C -
74 - 76 = C
77 - 79 = C+
80 - 83 = B-
........

We're getting completely off topic, but I was thinking the same. Didn't want to argue as this topic is really about the CS Tiger, not about the point scale for a C+.
