Robin mate,
A great little figure cobber. I have to agreed that this would be an exciting and very, very colourful range.
Looking forward to catching up soon in Melbourne.
Cheers Howard

Is that Ptolemy returning from an expedition??? :)

Should be interesting to see where this range goes.......... you don't mind if I vicariously collect this range through you??? {sm4}

IF and when more arrive it would be hard to not collect what plans has Andy got up his sleeves ??

Does anyone know the procedures on how a figure such as this one is painted so detailed and precisely ^&confuse

Yes mate, quite simply it's called 'replication en masse'.

A very talented master figure painter paints the production sample which is then replicated (copied) by a small army of hired help.

Some companies, particularly the BIG ones, utilise a production line method of painting where each painter on the line paints his/her component of the figure.

Other companies who employ a smaller workforce employ painters who paint the figure from A to Z.
