AIP French & Indian figures: Size compatible with Accurate ARW figures & CTS Mohawks?

I would like to get the AIP Rogers' Rangers and Woodland Indians to use with my Accurate American Revolution figures and my CTS Mohawks (And my Barzso Davy Crockett pioneers and Marx Daniel Boone guys). Are the AIP figures true 54mm or closer to 60mm? I have never seen the AIP figures pictured alongside any other brands of soldiers. I have a couple of sets of AIP WW1 and they seem larger than the old style 54mm figures, but as the F&I War figures have a different sculpting style, I was wondering if they were more compatible. If anyone has some side-by-side pics that would be even better. Thanks!

Here are some quick shots of a MARX Minuteman, a CTS Texan, an Accurate MM and a Barzso Pioneer next to an AIP Mohawk. Accurates are the best scale match. The AIP figures aren't Too out of scale unless you are making a diorama where the viewer will really notice two figures next to each other.

Scott, thanks very much for posting those great pics! That was just the kind of answer I wanted but really did not expect to get. Thanks again for going to all that trouble. I will be getting those sets in the near future, thanks to your info.

Here's a few shots of those AIP Indians painted up I did last year...the diorama shots feature Barzso, Conte, and AIP figures....

Wow! That is some beautiful painting, there. I am amazed at the precision of your details. Excellent work!

Native Americans are really tough because of the individual nature of warriors war paint and clothing over soldiers uniforms.

You are right Scott! They are like little individual canvas's no less! Takes forever to get that detail on there...but they sure are awesome once you get them painted up! I love the individuality of the Indian warriors, I guess the next most difficult painted figure might be the napoleonics with their ornate uniform accoutrements. Thanks alot Kahuna for your comments! Needless to say, it's a very small paint brush!! Oh, and I still have decent vision, but not sure how long that will last...:D

Even with the simple stuff I do now I use a Mag-Lamp. They are about 3/4 of a power and really light up the figure. I got used to working with Mag-Lamps doing quality inspection for surgical parts and pieces. The bench models beat the optivisons you have to wear.
