Glad to see the SAS back in action, ready to take out another embassy! ^&cool
There are some great poses in this set.

Nice, but NOT in hard plastic.

I really like the Airfix soldiers - picked up a few boxes over the summer. The quality reminds me of old Marx figures (although a little harder plastic).

It's good to know that there will be some 2013 sets. Hope that plastic doesn't get too soft. Down the road, I'd like to try painting a few.

In spirit of the reissues, I thought I would put up some of my 1/32 Airfix sets - some vintage, some reissue. All hand painted using Vallejo paints.
First up the allies . . .

Final pictures - Airfix 1/32 mostly vintage, hand painted using vallejo paints. Wonder how many more of these sets might one day return.
Apparently the SAS set being reissued is nearer 1/35 scale ?

Done a great job painting the figures,,,,,love the cowboys and Indians....I have the Aussie jungle figures...long trousers set....very goof figures....the plastic figures look "Top's" when they are well painted..... nice job......cheers TomB
