Just finished painting some of my plastic Conte figures from the Alamo range.

Those are stunning! They look more like high-end metal figures than plastics after your great work!

Thanks Sandor, I have some more in progress as well as some of the metal/pewter sculpts. Will post pics when completed.
 
Some amazing painting skills on display here. Very well done. But what is even more amazing is another Brit who is an Alamo collector ^&confuse^&confuse^&confuse.

Wow! things are looking up a bit on this extremely damp island of ours.

Thanks Bob, Yes I've had an interest in the Alamo for many years, in fact all aspects of the American west and the Civil war, although I collect 54mm plastics and some metal figures from all periods of history.

Thanks, I have not yet ventured into the making of dioramas, although looking at some of the splendid examples pictured on this forum, has given me some inspiration to do so.
