I have 2 54 mm scale Alamo facades that I bought from a fellow collector years ago. They look to be cast in resin and have a piece in the rear that holds it straight up. Recently, a guy told me that these were produced by K&C
to go with their Alamo line. How can I tell if these are K&C pieces? I had always thought that they were made by a company called Windows of the World and sold by the Toy Soldier Company. Anybody know how to tell for sure. Thanks

Can you post a photo or send me one. Here is a link to the March 1995 brochure, which should help also.

Brad,
Is the one produced in 1995, the same as the one produced later in the second series? Just wondering. Thanks for the link to the pictures.:)

Louis,

By second series, do you mean the series just introduced a couple of years ago?

There was an Alamo facade between the wood and paper mache version and the most recent version, but it was marked "K&C" (on the back if I remember correctly).

Yes, I am wondering if the gloss finished K&C ures had a different facade than the one that is offered with the Matt finished one. I have two recent Alamo facades and am trying to find out if there was an earlier one produced by K&C with the gloss figures in 1995. Thanks.
