I attended the Atlanta figure show last weekend. My first time, and it was a great time!
In addition to figures, there are awards for toy soldier displays. The display below took a gold. It's called something like preparations for the King George's coronation. Unfortunately, I did not have my camera with me. Picture is by Jay Hollopeter- I got the picture off his web site.
I believe the club putting on the dislplay is the North Carolina Toy Soldier Club. The display was a real stunner with many different glossy manufacturers represented. There were barracks sets and stable sets I have never seen. Just stunning. The back wall of the display is a mirror, which doubles the size illuson of the dispay and show the front of the buildings.
