I had this longship once and it cost me almost $400 and that was on sale and would have cost me $2500 more to be assembled and painted by a professional and That was the ship alone.

Mark, I think it's fair to say a diorama like that could cost from U$5,000.00 to U$10,000.00

Now that's a pricey toy to take to the lake shore, as we see in one of the pictures!

You think that's bad a few years ago Andrea (who also put out the longboat) came out with a beautiful kit called the the Siege.It was a Templar castle with crusader and Saracen figures and a real nice base.I got this for $1800 which was a deal because everyplace else it was over $2500.I asked a professional miniature painter the price to do this and he wouldn't even give me an answer.I knew then I would never be able to get this done so I ended up getting rid of it.
