How many of them?
Are they going to stand and fight?
What was their mission.

Were they lead by the super brave, extremely intelligent and handsome freedom fighter "Larry Le-Allen"

Alas La 'Arry Allen and his Maquis friends got waylaid by the aroma of some Leeks gently frying in Garlic butter, Parsley, Rosemary and Thyme. (The Germans had destroyed all the Sage) and so D- Day Failed leaving La 'Arry Allen to but 'ave fond memories of 'aving a little Cheese, A little Onion and Oui, A little garlic with a Glass of Rouge !

The partisans in Belarus, Ukraine and Russia bothered the german garrisons and the german railways, but in reality their action, even if incisive, has been overestimated by the soviet propaganta after the war.
