Thanks a lot mate!^&grin

Hope to get the American MPs sets and a few more raf figs and creat an airfield before a jump! (Hopefully Market Garden)^&grin

When can we see the rest ?
You need a Dakota in your dio to make it look like they are preparing for a jump in enemy territory.
guy:smile2:

Well Guy, I hope either K&C or Figarti takes your suggestion into production, what a wonder it would be to have a Dakota to add to the airfleet!

...something like this? Sold this beauty to a fellow treefrogger some years back (2006?). I believe Andy did a prototype or 5 limited pieces only in 2000. I remeber Andy responding after posting these pictures in 2004..." that this plane is similar to the Dakota KC earlier produced." Plane was custom made directly from the Philippines and shipped to NJ via freight which cost $175. Made of Philippine Magogany in 1/30 scale. Sold this for $2000?? (can't recall). You need the whole dining table to display it

Lots of nice pieces there arnhem44mad. Noli-poli that is one spectacular aircraft, must have been very impressive with its size. I think a large aircraft like a Dakota or B-17 would make a spectacular centrepiece in a collection........not for me however, its size and cost would be prohibitive. I'll have to settle for pictures. :redface2:

Thanks for the pics Noli-Poli. I would love to see either K&C or Figarti to produce some of these again... I would certainly make the purchasing effort!

Great airfield dioramas it would be great to get some additional paratroopers getting ready to make the jump.

You have the makings of a good dio there Scott, how about adding a sky backdrop on your wall there?

Rob
