and yet, more guys (1 Viewer)

Very Nice Vamp! Flags are a challenge for sure. We need some more Regimental flags for the Yankee's don't we. Thanks for the reminder, I forgot Shenandoah made castings of them.
Again, Nice job.

I got the figure from the Toy Soldier Gallery in Cambria, CA. It is a discontinued one. I bought a vignete of some Rebs that I am working on as well. Shenandoah figures are expensive. Wait till you see the your Kneeling figure I bought from you in Chicago.

A lot of the guys in this image were plastic Conte fifures that I have painted awhile ago in gloss. I did not have many paints at the time and was using testors. I gave up on these looking good. Put them away for a long time. Then started using acryllics. The figure in the butternut jacket started out as a glossy. I used a matt varnish and then used an ink wash to make him match better.

New Lil Army Zulus that I cast and painted.

KV, these are from the new moulds that you have just got hold of? They have come out rather neatly. Are these individual moulds or is a mulitple set? Nice paint finish btw.

Regards

Jeff

KV: Nice painting of the Zulu castings. They look good. Leadmen

A New Hope Design figure Designed by Peter Rogers based on painted drawings by Angus McBride and Ian Knight from Osprey ELITE021 THE ZULU WARS. I had painted this figure along with others using Humbrol matte paints and add a gloss finish to blend with my Trophy and Little Legion figures and sets. The figure was not painted to match any of the photos in the book for it's one I do not and did not have at the time.....The Lt.

I think that is a great figure.

A couple of Conte plastic ACW officers. One painted as a Zouave officer the other a generic Southern officer.
