OK - I thought it was time to start a new thread on reaching out to "The Almighty" and engage in some thought transfer from us low mortals.
:D

Andy - if you are out there........Give us a sign.......

Anyway, Could you give us some insights on World War I and future Napoleonics ?? I know within a short period you will be flooded with WW II info requests - so please - speak to us........................

I too have tried to ask Andy if he could hint on the Napoleonics but haven't got a reply......if he told us maybe he would have to kill us.......:)

We must make a sacriface to the altar of the King and Country GOD - where is Ozdigger?? :D

I dont know if this really has anything to do with this actual thread. After watching the movie Tombstone for the 9 millionth time I started thinking that a cool series of K&C figures could be Wild West. I know K&C has some stuff with the Remember the Alamo series. Im thinking like famous American Indians, famous cowboys and famous US Federal troops during that period. Just a thought.

Im youre huckleberry

I believe K&C and Andy did do a Wild West Series in the late 1990's - They are all retired now. But, time to time you will see them pop up on Ebay. :)

You guys are too funny....I laughed out loud when I read you two guys talking...too funny.......as for the wild west....that would be a cool idea lets start with WYATT EARP AND HIS BROTHERS AND A BACK DROP FROM OK CORAL........

Andy did do a West series that was based around Little Bighorn. He was supposed to release new sets in 2006, but never got around to it. Oh, and as an aside, Tommy Atkins did an O.K. corral set, and Trophy also did extensive wild west stuff.

I wish Andy would revisit the west. They were the first figures I started collecting of his and are still my favorites. I'm still missing a couple out of the collection but I'm still looking. I would love to see some mountain men and some Crow warriors. I think a Native American line would be great also. I hope Andy changes his mine and comes out with some for 2007.

I think KV got a hold of a Wino or something. Have you ever noticed he only post at night. Makes you go HUMMMMM:p

Andy:

My lobby campaign continues................

Napoleonics, Napoleonics, Napoleonics :D

How about some French Old Guard in firing positions, standing at attention for battle and some wounded & dead figures????

Andy

Questions now arise with the new release of the Crimean War figures - can you share any insights to this new and exciting range??

Ron

Ron,

There was a thread explaining why the Nevilles, owners of King and Country UK, wanted to do this line. They had one relative who was lost in the Charge of the Light Brigade and one who died during the Crimean War.

Brad

I missed that thread  Sorry.

I for one think its a great idea. I certainly want the charge of the Light Brigade in my Collection :)

Andy

Is it possible to rework the Light Brigade figures into a Napoleonic theme with French/Polish Lancers attacking a British or Prussian Artillery Team?

Hi Guys,

Re possible reworking of K&C UK’s “Charge of the Light Brigade” Lancers into Napoleonics. Sorry, no can do.

K&C are already at work on the next French Cavalry (12 mounted figures) in action...and they’re not Lancers!

For Napoleonic buffs we’re also hard at work on the next British Foot Regiment — again about 12 figures in action — to be released later this year...and they’re not Scottish!

And, before you ask we are looking at other Napoleonic nations at war besides Britain and France...but no firm decision made yet.

Best wishes and...happy collecting!

Andy C.
