They are by Soldiers of the World by Regal of New Zealand,i cant find this exact set though it may have been discontinued?
They look like Egyptian lancers.

Yes - they are Regal figures - made in NZ. I looked these up when refurbishing an old Britains Hollowcast figure - as a guide to painting. I tried to buy one - but failed dismally. They may well be a discontinued figure.
I found a damaged Britains version of this figure - and obtained some spare parts to repair him. My rescued figure eventually turned into the figure below, which owes a lot to the Regal one. Note that my figure is an amalgum of an old Britains illustration - and the Regal figures - which I think look really nice, and very reminiscent of Trophy. The pennant colours on mine are reversed from the Regal one - as on the original Britains figure.
The repair parts came from Dorset Soldiers in the UK - and I have recently ordered some more COMPLETE figures as kits - so that I can make up a set of them - which I will show in due course under the painting section.
So - I can confirm that if you like them - the figure is available right now - to make up and paint for yourself from the above source source for well under £10 each. johnnybach
