Another troublemaker Governor ! (1 Viewer)

Steve,

Hemingway did a shorty story titled "Today is Friday." It's the writer's interpretation of the Roman attitude toward Jesus and his execution. As I recall, it's only 4-5 pages long. Read the story about fifty years ago, but your pic brought the tale right back to me.

Thanks Moe. I'll have a look out for that.

Steve,
You say it all with the title and your diorama.

Steve

Cheers Steve. I leave it to everyone's own imagination as to whom the prisoner may be.

A great sculpt, glad to have this one. Robin.

Yes it certainly is Robin. Soon as I saw it, it shouted out several ideas straight out to me, such as this one could be Pontius Pilate sitting in judgement on Jesus or it could be Pliny the Younger whilst Governor of Bithynia and Pontus, perplexed as to what to do with the Christians bought before him and seeked his friend the Emperor Trajan's advice.
